This foundational session will explore why every organization needs a crisis communications plan and how to build one before a crisis occurs. Topics will include what to include in a plan and where to begin.

The session will be led by PRSA Dayton member and 2023 President Steven Solomon, External Relations Lead for the Central and Southern Ohio Region of the Red Cross, and a Public Information Officer instructor for the Ohio Emergency Management Agency.
